// How I work
I test the ground, then personally execute, before you plant an entity or a hire in it. For founder-led tech, SaaS, cybersecurity, and AI companies making their first Gulf entry.
The front door. Every engagement starts here
A fixed-scope test of commercial viability, legal and regulatory feasibility, and product and technical fit, run against your actual product, price point, and target accounts in the UAE and KSA. Every stakeholder who can say no is mapped, not just the sponsor who says yes. You get a dated, written verdict with the evidence attached: what was tested, what the market said, and whether committing an entity or a hire is justified. The fee is fixed and quoted plainly in the first conversation, before anything is signed. No day rates, no meter running.
A surveyor drives a stake into open ground before anyone pours concrete. The stake is temporary, removable, and honest about the ground. That is the Diagnostic. The entity, the hire, the office are the concrete. They come after, or not at all.
If the ground proves out, execution continues, same person, no handoff. If it doesn't, you've spent a fixed fee instead of an entity, a hire, and a year. A documented no is half the value: the fee is the same either way, so there is no incentive to find you a yes that isn't there. It's also the cheapest thing you'll ever buy in the Gulf: it frees the entity budget, the local hire, and a year of founder attention for the market that deserves them.
// What gets tested
Your target account list, tested against live buying signals, not a market-size estimate. Pricing benchmarked against local competitors and Gulf procurement cycles. ICP fit validated against your actual product, not a generic playbook.
Data residency and localization rules for your sector: PDPL in KSA, UAE data protection law, DIFC/ADGM where relevant. Whether your model needs a local agent, distributor, or licensed partner, and what that license costs you in control. Which regulators and ministries touch your product, and where they sit on the stakeholder map.
Whether your architecture already meets in-region hosting and data residency requirements, or what changes first. AI-specific exposure mapped to what you actually ship: EU AI Act, UAE Charter for AI, SDAIA. Integration and localization gaps a Gulf enterprise or government buyer will flag in diligence.
Prove the market, then get the job done
Sales, tenders, and government-adjacent access across UAE and KSA, tested, then personally executed, before any entity or hire commitment. A good contact gets a meeting, not a result: every stakeholder, economic buyer, technical buyer, regulator, the person who can quietly kill it, is mapped using proven frameworks (MEDDPICC, Strategic Selling, Challenger, Value Selling), reported through one CRM. Agentic AI runs the back office so 12 years of in-region relationships get the time, not the paperwork.
The right partners, verified. A process that holds up. Proof before the entity or the hire, then the work, done.
// Underneath: the credibility layer. Not a menu, the proof I can represent your product, not just introduce it
The thing that quietly kills, or closes, the deal
Mapped to EU AI Act · SDAIA · UAE PDPL · DIFC Reg. 10, three regimes, three clocks, one read. A competitive position, not a checkbox.
A posture you can hand to a Gulf buyer, a European regulator, or a board.
Proportionate, CISSP-backed, commercially grounded
vCISO, gap assessment, PDPL · LGPD · NIS2 · GDPR, sized to real risk (CISSP). Wins the contract, not just the audit.
Security that earns trust, with the buyer, the regulator, and the board.
Infrastructure that holds the weight of the contract you just signed
Architecture, data residency, vendor selection, cost control, built for what you're signing now, not five years ago.
Foundations that scale without surprises.
// Who this is not for
You need execution support, not a market test. The Diagnostic would tell you what you already know.
The Diagnostic tests a market against a product that already sells somewhere. Come back when it does.
A fixer will always quote lower. Right up until it costs you the market.
The market-entry industry earns its living on go decisions: incorporation, recruiting, office space, retainers. Nobody in that chain is paid to say stop. I am. For founders, CEOs, and international expansion officers who want the assumption tested, not applauded.
No deck. Tell me where you are and where you want to be. I'll tell you plainly whether and how I can help.
